A note from Ruthy: Fish Feast was inspired by the Feast of the Seven Fishes, a traditional Italian-American Christmas Eve dinner. As a big seafood lover, illustrating a vibrant table spread full of delicious dishes was a dream project. I worked on this during the holiday season while sharing endless meals with friends and family, and I really wanted the artwork to reflect that warmth, togetherness, and gratitude for good food and great company.
