Unopened puzzles may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping costs).

To qualify for a return, your puzzle must be in its original packaging, unused, and in resaleable condition.

Opened puzzles cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

If your puzzle arrived damaged or is missing pieces, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Include your order number and a photo of the issue, and we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email and process your refund to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Gift Returns
If you received your puzzle as a gift, we can issue a store credit for unopened puzzles returned within 30 days of receipt.
Damaged or Missing Pieces
We take quality seriously. If your puzzle is missing a piece or arrives damaged, please reach out right away.
