FAQ
Get the answers to frequently asked questions about Bridgetown Puzzles.
How are artists paid?
All artists who have work featured on a Bridgetown puzzle receive 10% of the sale price of that puzzle excluding any tax or shipping fees collected. This means that if you paid $29.95 for a puzzle, the artist will receive $2.99 from that sale. Most artists do not use original works of art for this project, but those who do are also compensated for the creation of that art. In addition, the contract Bridgetown Puzzles makes with artists is non-exclusive, meaning they can use that same image and the original art to create other merchandise to sell as they see fit. Our aim is to open up another avenue for artists to earn money from their art, never to restrict them from doing so.
How can I get my art on a Bridgetown puzzle?
If you would like your art featured on a Bridgetown Puzzles puzzle, please email customerservice@bridgetownpuzzles.com. Not all submissions will be accepted. Please note: No A.I. art will be accepted. All art must be owned by the applicant. The applicant must be the artist who created the work.
Do you have a physical store?
At this time, Bridgetown Puzzles is online only, operated from Portland, Oregon.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, Bridgetown Puzzles only ships within the United States. This is due to the incredibly high cost of shipping puzzles across borders and the experience of having additional fees levied upon the receivers by the shipping companies without previous disclosure.
When will more puzzle designs be published?
As fast as we can fund them! Bridgetown is an indie puzzle brand being funded by sales and the owners own money. Puzzles will be released as fast as they can be manufactured.
Do you sell wholesale?
Yes, Bridgetown Puzzles does sell wholesale. Please send inquiries to customerservice@bridgetownpuzzles.com.
