This was an outstanding puzzle. The quality of the puzzle and the packaging were first class. I liked the concept of the art and truley think the unique concept of this company to directly support the artist from the sales is the type of company we should be supporting with our business.

From the moment I opened the box, the quality was obvious. The pieces are printed on sturdy blue board with a buttery-smooth soft touch finish that honestly might be my favorite part — they feel incredible in your hands and make long puzzle sessions so enjoyable. The fit is precise without being tight, which creates that perfect flow state where pieces click into place and stay put.

The ribbon cut, low dust, and overall consistency make the build feel thoughtful and intentional from start to finish. Crustacea was challenging in all the right ways — engaging, rewarding, and the kind of puzzle that keeps pulling you back to the table.

I also deeply appreciate Bridgetown’s commitment to artists: no AI artwork and a meaningful artist royalty model. It’s refreshing to support a puzzle company that values creativity, quality, and ethics equally.
