There is something special happening in Portland this December, and if you love art, makers, and the spark of creativity that comes from being in the same room as working artists, you won’t want to miss it. The NW Marine Art Works Holiday Bazaar returns on December 6th and 7th, and I’m thrilled to share that I’ll be there, too!
Last year was my first time attending the bazaar, and it honestly left me buzzing with inspiration for weeks. Walking through the studios, seeing works in progress, and talking directly with the artists reminded me how much talent exists in this city. The artists welcome you into their working studios, show you what they’re experimenting with, and talk honestly about their process. You get to experience art in the place it’s created, and that intimacy adds so much meaning to anything you bring home.
